Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders. We are currently shipping to the United States only. The carrier used for standard shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS).
Standard Shipping:
7-14 business days for lens add-on orders
5-7 business days for demo lens orders
Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your AVA purchase, you will have the option to return or exchange it with us! The return or exchange must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order (once the postal carrier has marked your order as delivered).
Returns will be processed for a refund once the returned order is delivered to our facility.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your respective bank.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 15 days.
When you return your avaoptical.com purchase within 15 days of receiving the purchase, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
Please note that returned merchandise must be received in its full original packaging. Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!
Exchanges are available on your order within 15 days after you receive your package. If you
